Door-to-Door

From the time we pick up your baggage to the time it is delivered to your destination address, we handle everything. Only any extraordinary charges incurred through, for example, bonded storage, customs detention, or local duty/tax will be charged to your account.

Door-to-Port

With our Door-to-Port service, you arrange to collect your baggage personally from the destination terminal. You, (or the person collecting the baggage on your behalf ) must clear the baggage through customs and settle any customs duty of wharfage fees, (including Republic of South Africa advalorem charge and airline handling fees, of Australian/New Zealand quarantine fees if applicable). If someone else is able to collect your baggage they must have a letter of authority from you. We have no control over foreign customs services who might undertake searches or charge duties/taxes at their discretion. Note: in some countries e.g. Canada, you must personally collect it.
